Synopsis

During the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, Germany, an American team of sports broadcasters had to adapt to a live broadcast of Israeli athletes taken hostage by a terrorist group. The tragic events of Munich in 1972 are a reminder of the evil in this world; history should always keep us informed. This is my type of movie, serious drama, so when it started I had high hopes. However, I soon got tired of the atmosphere as the film was asking to be tense and dramatic (perhaps too focused on wanting to deliver great acting rather than relaxing into the characters and letting the intense energy unfold naturally), so I found the film to be lacking in some sharpness, strained atmosphere in the walls. “Drink your coffee.” Isn’t every adult in an office or an office-like environment able to make himself a cup of coffee?
