In this short video, IMDb tries to answer: where the hell was Batman?

Synopsis

After the events of Batman (2022), Oz Cobb, aka The Penguin, attempts to take control of Gotham’s criminal underworld. Aside from the Bat-Signal in the final scene of the season finale, we’ve never had a cameo from Robert Pattinson in The Penguin. Colin Farrell fought hard to have his version of The Penguin smoke tobacco in The Batman (2022), but to no avail.

However, in his own series, the character is portrayed as a casual tobacco user who prefers cigars. The umbrella falls and the logo changes to the Warner Bros. logo.

If he doesn’t win the Golden Globe, the SAG and all the rest, no one will be able to appreciate how the producers, writers and the incredible makeup team helped Colin Torino deliver this incredible performance, which will become a hallmark of his career and a defining role for the Penguin for the next three generations.
